Emergency response

First hours matter most

When water is still moving — from a failed pipe, roof leak, or sprinkler discharge — the priority is to stabilize the scene, protect people and contents, and document conditions for your insurer and adjuster.

Our emergency line is staffed around the clock. We'll advise what you can safely do before we arrive (shutoffs, electrical caution, photos) and what to leave to trained technicians.

  • Available 24/7 across the Lower Mainland
  • Same-day on-site arrival for urgent calls
  • Rapid containment to limit secondary damage

How we approach water damage

Structured phases to ensure drying targets are met before repairs begin.

1. Containment & assessment

We protect unaffected areas, document the extent of damage with moisture maps and photos, and establish a clear scope for the insurer and property manager.

2. Extraction & drying

Commercial extractors remove standing water, then industrial air movers and dehumidifiers run until monitoring logs confirm structural drying targets are met.

3. Controlled demolition

Only materials that drying standards and hazard assessments require are removed — and we document why. Non-destructive investigation comes first wherever appropriate.

4. Rebuild & handover

Once the structure is dry and clear, our team carries out carpentry, finishes, and turnover documentation so the space is fully restored and ready for occupancy.

Insurance-ready documentation

We provide moisture maps, drying records, photo logs, and scope revisions in formats adjusters recognize — reducing back-and-forth and keeping owners informed.

Working with your insurer

For active flooding or fire damage, safety and stabilization come first — use the emergency line. In parallel, notify your insurer as your policy requires. We can speak directly with your adjuster once the scene is secure.

Occupied building coordination

Corridors, lobbies, and suites need different traffic plans than empty sites. We coordinate access, noise windows, and debris removal so residents understand the schedule.
