Mold Damage

Detect, contain, remediate — safely.

Mold in walls or building materials is a health and property concern that requires controlled remediation. Our IICRC-certified team follows strict protocols to identify, contain, and eliminate mold growth safely.

Why it matters

Mold is more than a cosmetic issue

Mold growth behind walls, under flooring, or in structural cavities is often invisible. In the Lower Mainland's damp climate, undiscovered moisture intrusion can allow mold to spread significantly before it's noticed — compromising air quality and structural integrity.

We use moisture detection equipment to find mold that isn't visible to the naked eye, then work under controlled protocols with third-party labs and consultants to ensure proper clearance.

What we cover

Mold remediation services

  • Mold detection using moisture meters and thermal imaging
  • Air quality testing with third-party lab analysis
  • Containment zone setup to prevent spore spread
  • Safe removal of contaminated building materials
  • HEPA filtration and negative air pressure control
  • Antimicrobial treatment of affected surfaces
  • Post-remediation clearance testing
  • Rebuilding and finishing after clearance

Our remediation process

No guesswork on clearance criteria — we follow industry standards from assessment through sign-off.

1. Detection & assessment

We use moisture meters, thermal imaging, and air sampling to map the full extent of mold growth — often finding affected areas that aren't visible from the surface.

2. Containment

The affected area is isolated with physical barriers and placed under negative air pressure using HEPA filtration to prevent spores from spreading to unaffected parts of the building.

3. Controlled removal

Contaminated materials are removed safely and disposed of according to regulatory requirements. Remaining surfaces receive antimicrobial treatment and are dried to prevent recurrence.

4. Clearance & rebuild

Post-remediation air testing by a third-party lab confirms clearance criteria are met. Then our team completes the rebuild and returns the space to full use.
